Role  

We are looking for an Experienced Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in building scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React.js and Material-UI (MUI) on the frontend, along with a solid backend foundation in Node.js using TypeScript and Apollo GraphQL. Proficiency in working with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases is essential. This role requires someone who can lead architectural decisions, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and mentor other developers while delivering clean, efficient, and well-documented code. 

Responsibilities  

• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement responsive web applications. 

• Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert. 

• Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of development goals. 

• Mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues. 

• Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality. 

• Plan proactively, anticipate technical challenges, and suggest effective alternatives. 

• Take ownership of assigned modules and support cross-project technical streams. 

• Promote team cohesion and foster a collaborative working environment. 

Requirements   

• 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development, with recent experience at the staff or lead engineering level 

• Strong proficiency in React.js with hands-on experience using Material-UI (MUI) for building modern, responsive interfaces 

• Solid backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript 

• Experience in designing and integrating APIs using Apollo GraphQL 

• Proficient in working with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases 

• Strong understanding of scalable architecture, clean code principles, and performance optimization 

• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions 

• Comfortable working in agile teams with strong communication and collaboration skills
