Senior Software Engineering Manager
As a senior software engineer, you will work in a scrum team to build the next generation of world-class EV technology products in Core Services. This field of expertise includes building advanced access control, identity & role management, license management, Accounts, etc (a long list of shared services serving as the backbone for the various product teams), all based on a cutting-edge technology stack.
You will collaborate with different Product Owners and Product Managers across various teams to implement and integrate the solutions aligned with and extend shared platforms and solutions.
We are looking for someone adventurous and eager to learn and try out things. Furthermore, your analytical and solution-oriented approach makes you an excellent self-starter.
We work in cross-functional teams, which means you will be in close communication with product management, program managers, and engineering managers to build technical requirements; subsequently, work with engineering teams to develop software design, etc.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, developing the product from minimum viability to world-scale maturity. Ensure requirements are fully understood and implementation matches expectations.
Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community. Evangelize and promote engineering best practices
5+ years of experience building modern front-end software
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
Good in CS fundamentals - data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
Proven experience in developing scalable and modular user interfaces using ReactJS, minimum 3 years.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture patterns and best practices.
Good understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
Aware of and able to apply continuous integration (CI)
