What are you going to do?

The client’s product was born out of the founders' pain managing integrations and deployments of enterprise software. The implementation space still heavily relies on emailing spreadsheets and dashboards. After each scaling services teams to 100s of people and trying every tool on the market, they decided there had to be a better way.

Their customers, like VTS, Zenefits, Mantl and Built (to name a few), love the transparency and accountability this client provides to their clients, allowing them to get updates on their projects without manually chasing down weekly updates via email, spreadsheets, or other outdated processes. His product is easy to use so his customers feel comfortable giving it to their clients without training. All of this has allowed his customers to reach new levels in their on-time delivery and time-to-revenue metrics.

Occupy a unique position in the market, this client is looking for a full stack software engineer to join his proven team. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment focused on crafting a high quality product. The perfect candidate will have a keen product sense, high standards for quality, and a strong sense of prioritization for incremental delivery. This role will have a strong product focus, with lots of collaborative work with our UX team.

  • Delivering complete features from database to API to frontend.
  • Solving non-trivial problems with simple and innovative solutions.
  • Crafting a front end that accounts for user delight and data safety.
  • Contributing to architectural decisions.
  • Willingness to be on-call, and run point on issues.

 

What will help you succeed

  • Experience with (at least one, but preferably multiple) popular development frameworks like Django, Flask, React, Angular, Vue etc.
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Comfortable using Git.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks is a plus but not required.
