Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of professionals with expertise in React Native and Salesforce (SFDC). You will provide mentorship, guidance, and support, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.

2. Technical Expertise: With your strong technical skills in SFDC and React Native, you will oversee the development of mobile solutions. You will ensure the team's proficiency in Salesforce Configuration and Customization (VisualForce Pages / Apex / Test Classes).

3. Solution Design: You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions using Sales/Service Cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud. You will ensure these solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

4. API Architecture: You will oversee the implementation of API-led architecture, ensuring robust integration with rest APIs and mobile development frameworks. Composite APIs is a plus

5. Mobile Development: With 8+ years of experience in mobile development, you will guide the team in creating efficient and user-friendly mobile solutions. You will ensure the team's proficiency in various mobile development frameworks and technologies, including specific React Native frameworks such as Redux and Flux. Experience with sync frameworks is a plus.

6. Compliance and Security: You will ensure that all solutions align with SFDC security models and comply with industry standards and regulations. This includes conducting regular audits and reviews.

7. Business Process Management: You will maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.

8. User Requirements: You will lead user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs.

9. Code and Data Management: You will perform routine reviews of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long-term viability, integrity, and adoption. You will also oversee the design and execution of automated processes for data management.

10. Project Management: You will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will manage risks, resolve issues, and report on project progress to senior management. You will also ensure the adoption of agile methodologies in project management.

11. Certification: As a Senior Manager, you should be a PD1 certified Developer and at least have Sales or Service Cloud certification. You will also ensure that your team members have the necessary certifications and skills to perform their roles effectively.

12. Proposal Activities: You will be involved in proposal activities like RFI/RFP analysis, RAID analysis, resource and effort estimation for SFDC projects. You will ensure that proposals are technically sound and align
