React Developers are responsible for the implementation and configuration of web and mobile applications, with a focus on usability. The React Developer/Consultant regularly consults with clients on best practices, issue resolution and experience guidance in order to improve the performance/reliability of client's technical environment.

  • Develop appealing and functional web-based applications with a focus on usability 
  • Work closely with developers and UX/UI design team to bridge design and technical implementation
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to help facilitate discussions and deliver solutions
  • Development of React Native applications
  • Write clear, concise and well documented code.
  • Effectively manage timelines and expectations.
  • Perform code review of features developed by other team members and  coordinate releases with other teams
  • Create private NPM packages.
  • Provides technical support and input on the application 
  • Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment
  • Communicates across client community, and is viewed as adding value
  • Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, and ensures project learning’s are documented and shared. Role models Focuses on single customer. Solves diverse and complex. May lead a project team
  • Passionate coder with 5+ years of professional experience with Front-End Application Development in React
  • Hands-on development experience in web and mobile application design, development, testing and deployment in both consumer and enterprise-based applications
  • 3+ years of mobile application development experience
  • 2+ years of experience with React Native
  • Experience developing/consuming RESTful APIs and component libraries 
  • Experience with Git, Redux, and Mobile UI
  • Experience using Azure Dev Ops for project management
  • Experience working with distributed development teams within an agile environment
  • Possesses advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge
  • Ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on combinations and interactions of products
  • Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence
  • Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including: questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing
  • Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements
  • Owns and produces customer documentation. Ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to understand written form. Ability to write relevant components of a proposal document (e.g. answer specific RFP questions). Ability to translate verbal requirements from face to face client meetings into requirements documents, statements of work, and proposals
  • Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate. From the requirements, able to develop a high level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver. Able to advise the engagement owner about the risks associated with this work package
  • Ability to work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals and /or reports/documentation for delivery

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $45,864 to $101,520. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
