The Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the implementation of React.js projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Must-Have Frontend Skills (Essential):
  1. Strong proficiency in React and React ecosystem with more than 5 years industrial experience.
  2. Proficiency in Typescript
  3. HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  4. Performance optimisation techniques
  5. State management for large-scale applications
  6. CSS frameworks and libraries (Tailwind CSS)
  7. Familiarity with frontend build tools
  8. Cross-browser compatibility
  9. Responsive and mobile-first design principles
  10. Real-time database and web socket integrationAdditional Requirements (Nice to Have):
  1. Experience with GCP or other cloud services related to front-end hosting and
  optimisation (e.g., Firebase, Cloudflare)
  2. Experience in implementing security best practices for front-end applications
  3. Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG)
  4. Experience in building highly interactive and dynamic user interfaces
  5. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  6. Experience with React Query
  7. Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications

• Potential Added Value (Nice to Have):
  1. Experience with Web3.js for integrating blockchain technology
  2. Knowledge of smart contract development and integration with front-end
  3. Experience with building or integrating with mini-app ecosystems (e.g.,
  Telegram Mini Apps)
  4. Familiarity with gamification techniques and user engagement strategies
