Requirements

  • Background in software development
  • Competency in JavaScript
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role in a software development environment
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
  • Proficiency in front-end development using React
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high levels of collaboration, productivity, and code quality
  • Oversee the design and architecture of scalable and robust software solutions
  • Actively participate in coding, development, and implementation of front-end applications using React
  • Develop and maintain services 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products
  • Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement in the software development process and technology stack
