As a UI/UX Development Lead, you’ll take charge of evolving existing UI/UX use cases and developing new ones that enhance product functionality for our clients and partners. You’ll be part of the Enterprise Biller & Receivables Solutions team, where we deliver cutting-edge products like BillMatrix and SnapPay. These tools help large and mid-sized businesses automate their billing, invoicing, and payment processes, saving them significant time and effort while improving customer experiences. If you’re excited about driving product evolution in one of the fastest-growing product suites within Fiserv’s Merchant Solutions division, this role is for you.Job Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and evolve our library of UI components and visual design standards using React.js and Tailwind CSS.Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, including Product Management, Software Development, and Interaction Design, to deliver seamless user experiences.Lead the integration of design solutions with technical frameworks, ensuring a high level of performance and usability.Plan and execute user research to inform development, transforming feedback into user flows and journey maps.Solve complex UI/UX problems with fresh, innovative ideas that balance customer needs with business goals.Play a key role in improving our design systems and processes by working closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.Communicate design and development decisions effectively across teams, driving alignment and enthusiasm for key initiatives.Required Skills:Bachelor's Degree (preferably Design-related field) or equivalent combination of experience, education, and military.5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX development with a strong focus on front-end development using React.js and Tailwind CSS.Expertise in building and maintaining design systems and high-performance UI components.Proven ability to translate complex business and user needs into elegant, functional web and mobile applications.Strong working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and CSS methodologies.Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools.Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for creating user-centered solutions.Preferred Skills (Nice to Haves):Experience working with large Enterprise teams or startups.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Important info about this role: We’re better together.
