We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer to join the NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) team in Melbourne, Australia.
You will work closely with the Lead Architect, Product Management, Quality Lead, and a lively team of engineers to define, design, and implement scalable and maintainable features that consistently meet customer expectations within reasonable time frames. Your insight will guide architectural and functional decisions in the product as well as establish and refine processes in the team.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring engineers with a range of experience while leading the development of complex feature or sustainability initiatives within the FSM product.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in software development, particularly in modern web application technologies: JavaScript, React, and Redux. Prior experience in the Field Service Management space and SuiteCloud development is highly desirable.
